Reservations at Casa Tequila Prime may be made through OpenTable, by calling us at (248) 313-9625, or through any booking widget provided on this Website. All reservations are subject to availability. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email, text message, or verbal confirmation from us or via the OpenTable platform.
We ask that all cancellations or modifications be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time, whenever possible. This allows us to accommodate other guests from our waitlist. To cancel or modify, please call us at (248) 313-9625 or manage your booking through the OpenTable platform.
We will hold your reserved table for 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time. If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible. Tables not claimed within 15 minutes of the reservation time may be released to other waiting guests.
We understand that plans change. However, repeated no-shows without notice may affect your ability to make future reservations. For parties of 8 or more, a credit card hold or deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Reservations for parties of 8 or more, private dining events, and exclusive buyouts require direct confirmation with our management team. A signed event agreement and deposit may be required. Casa Tequila Prime reserves the right to require a minimum spending commitment for large party and private event bookings.
Reservations made through OpenTable are subject to OpenTable's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms. Casa Tequila Prime is not responsible for technical errors, outages, or issues on the OpenTable platform.
Online ordering is facilitated through Toast, Inc. By placing an online order through our Website, you agree to Toast's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms. Casa Tequila Prime is not responsible for technical errors or issues on the Toast platform.
It is your responsibility to review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is placed and accepted, modifications may not be possible. Please call us at (248) 313-9625 immediately if you need to change or cancel an order that has already been placed.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes. Online order prices may differ from in-restaurant pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Online orders are available for pickup only directly at our restaurant, unless otherwise specified. Estimated pickup times are approximate and subject to kitchen volume and capacity. Casa Tequila Prime reserves the right to cancel or delay orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including ingredient availability and high demand periods.
Refunds for online orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Casa Tequila Prime. We do not issue refunds for food that has already been prepared. If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us at (248) 313-9625 within 30 minutes of pickup. We will work to make it right.
If you place an order through a third-party delivery platform (such as DoorDash or Uber Eats), that platform's terms and conditions, pricing, and fees govern your order and experience. Casa Tequila Prime is not responsible for delays, delivery errors, food temperature, or other issues arising from third-party delivery services.
Casa Tequila Prime does not offer alcoholic beverages for sale through any online ordering or delivery platform. All alcohol sales are conducted in-restaurant only, in compliance with Michigan state law. Valid government-issued ID may be required for service.
Our menu descriptions are provided for general informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Menu items may be prepared in a kitchen where common allergens — including tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, soy, eggs, and sesame — are present. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is entirely free from cross-contact with allergens.
If you have a food allergy, dietary restriction, or medical condition that requires specific dietary accommodations, please inform your server before ordering.
